An artist in all respects, Carol could more accurately be described as a branding tailor. She creates custom artwork, logos, and graphics to suit a company’s individual character. In fact, she has been responsible for The Hive’s signature look since its inception. “I love getting to tailor each project to the personality of a business,” she said. “It’s what makes The Hive special; we get to know the heart behind a business and design specifically to that.”
A Panama City native and Auburn graduate, Carol’s innate artistry was evident since childhood. She recalls she was always the one creating play props and turning classroom assignments into elaborate works of art; “In seventh grade, a teacher told me, ‘When you grow up, you need to make things!’” And that’s exactly what she’s done. With a history in both graphic design and furniture design, Carol loves the process of growing an idea from the conceptual stage to the consummate result.
She, too, conducts life as living work of art and devotes her times to the things that interweave her personal masterpiece: her husband, two sons, volunteer service with The Junior League of the Emerald Coast, and Auburn football. Did someone say, Go Tigers?
